This page is how New Space Development, Sunnyvale, California, handles information you send us. It is written in plain language on purpose. If something here is wrong for how we actually run, email contact@newspacedev.com and we will fix the page.

Who we are
New Space Development is a studio that sets up websites, review requests, and 24/7 phone coverage for businesses. We do not have a public phone number yet. Write contact@newspacedev.com.
What we collect
When you start an engagement on this site, we ask for:
- your name and business name
- email and phone
- optional current website and notes (hours, booking rules, how the phone should speak)
- which services you are buying, and the setup and monthly amounts that follow
We do not take card numbers on this site. Setup is collected by phone after you send the form. We keep enough to invoice the monthly fee later.
The site’s host may keep ordinary server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested). We do not run advertising pixels, and we do not sell a list of visitors.
Why we have it
To set up what you bought, to bill the monthly fee, to keep the system running, and to answer you if you write. That is the whole list. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it to advertise other people’s products.
How long
For as long as you are a client, and as long as we must keep invoices for tax and accounting. If you stop, we keep what the law requires and delete the rest when it is no longer needed to support the work.
Who else sees it
The host of this site (Firebase), the form service that emails your details to our inbox (FormSubmit), and the tools we use to run email, the phone agent, and review texts — only as needed to do the job.
Your choices
Email us to see what we have, to correct it, or to ask us to delete what we are not required to keep. If you are in California, you can also ask what categories we collect and whether we “sell” or “share” personal information. We do not sell or share it for advertising.
Children
This site is for businesses. We do not seek information from children.

If this page changes in a way that matters, we will update the date above. The current version is the one on newspacedev.com/privacy.html.
