About the studio.

New Space Development is a small studio in Sunnyvale. We put a modern site, a review habit, and a 24/7 phone on local businesses so the next lead does not go to voicemail.

Who

We speak as “we” on purpose — the work is the system, and it should still make sense if more people join. Michael founded the studio in 2026. We are part of the Sunnyvale community, in the heart of the South Bay.

What we do

Three things, sold separately or as a bundle: a landing page that search engines and AI answer-systems can actually quote; an automatic text after a job that asks for a review (replies stay with the owner); and a phone agent that knows your hours, takes the simple calls, books when it can, and forwards the rest.

Setup is the same day we take payment by phone, from the details on the form. There is no contract. After setup it is month-to-month.

What we do not do

We do not lock you in. We do not pretend to be you on reviews. We do not sell ads management, and we do not hide the vendor names behind a pile of partner logos.

Where

Sunnyvale first — downtown, the neighborhoods around it, and the rest of the South Bay. We will work farther out. The point of starting here is that we live with the same streets and the same Saturday market as the businesses we set up.
